Seven Suggestions For Seven Days
There are some important tips you will want to follow in the next few days, as you experience your Seven - Day Challenge. For some people these might be a little difficult, but give it a try for just seven short days and see if your life doesn't get just a little better!
  1. Don't forget to take a short assessment (see Day Seven). It is important to know where you were to know where you are!
  2. seven+ is a powerful food supplement; take your time when you are drinking it. Most people find that swishing it around their mouth creates greater absorption.
  3. Water! This is important, although not easy for those of you who do not drink much water. After your morning portion of seven+, drink several 12oz. glasses of water throughout the day (4-5 is really the best). This helps open up the energetic pathways at the cellular level, flush toxins, and improve weight control. (Is this a diagnosis recommendation?)
  4. Drink your morning portion at least 45 minutes before you eat, if possible. Allow the product to really absorb into your body before you start eating.
  5. Eating habits. Eat six smaller meals during the day, rather than 2-3 really large meals. You will find this, combined with drinking seven+, can really make a difference in how you feel and allow you to better manage your overall body mass.
  6. During your first three days, after you drink your evening portion of seven+, drink several glasses of water.
  7. If you can, do not eat any food after 7.00pm during the seven days, unless there is a medical reason to do so otherwise.
The Seven - Day CHALLENGE
Day 1
In order to understand how effective seven+ is for you, you first need to record how you are feeling now. Our goal in seven short days is to help your body function incrementally better than it is right now. Take a few minutes to assess your current health. Ask yourself, "How do I sleep at night?" If you feel that you sleep a good amount and wake entirely refreshed each morning, then you give yourself a ten. How's your energy level? Are you happy with your current weight? Do you have any consistent aches and pains? As you think about your health, consider any other health concerns you may have. Before you begin your Challenge, write your answers down and rate yourself on a scale of one to ten.

Your first few days on the product will be punctuated by taking a double dose to "supercharge" your system. Start the day with a single ounce of seven+. Then, drink several glasses of water throughout the day. Finish your day with a second ounce (the standard recommendation is to take it before going to bed).

Imagine how you might begin to feel after two or three months, continue to track your progress, and share your experience with others.
